Ruths Quilt
Well after not feeling well over the weekend, I decided to struggle on with trying to complete my Ruth's Quilt out of "Living the Dream" Book by Leanne Beasley, I started the stitcheries for this quilt back in 2005 and I can now say it is completed, well the quilt top at least. After sewing all of my rows together I decided it looked good on my bed, so instead of leaving it as a topper I added a 3" border in the green polka dot by Moda, then a 10" border using this gorgeous floral. Now it measures roughly 2.5m square. I will package it up today and pop in the mail to my dear friend who will quilt it and send it back completed.
Once again thanks May Britt for the challange.

Wow ..you are really doing well with this challenge! Good on you.
This is just beautiful!!! I love your fabric choices!!
What a lovely quilt Kerry. How many more wisps have you got to go now? I havent sewn a stich since my grandson came but they left today and I will get back into it. It is -31 today with a wind chill of -46 and the rest of the week will be the same so a good week to be sewing.

I started one for myself (my original's are always 'on holiday' in someone's shop)back in 2005 but it is still a WISP (with no sign in the near future of getting it complete!)LOL.
Just BEAUTIFUL Kerry!! I have made this but in very different colours - Robyn pandoph's Aubrey Rose and Folk Art Xmas IV which are very dark green, reds and browns.
